chain. When domestic players are getting used to see excess capacities eroding profit
of PFY, BGPET, PTA and MEG suppliers, it surprised them in H2 2010 to see PSF prices
going volatile following the cotton surge, and Ms. Yan focuses on the role of PSF,
which had usually been considered as of little influence to the industry chain.

Liu Huawei, Deputy General Manager of Haiso Technology ends the session with his
speech on WHB technology to produce MEG via coal to syngas. The process has been
adopted by several Chinese producers such as Danhua Coal Chemical Product and Hebi
Baoma (Group) Industrial, and is expected to get more popular in the future.
