The 9th China International Polyester & Intermediates Forum, supported by China National Chemical Fibre Corp., organized by China Chemical & Fiber Economic Information Network (CCFEI) and Tecnon OrbiChem, is held at 9:00 a.m., November 8th, 2012 in Minya Hotel, Shanghai, China. Zhu Boliang, General Manager of China Chemical & Fiber Economic Information Network (CCFEI), is the chairman of the morning session. And Da Wei, Board Chairman of CCFEI, gives the opening speech for the conference, referring to challenges and opportunities facing the polyester industry at the juncture provided by the 12th Five-year Plan, which stipulated targets for structural adjustments to chemical fiber industry regarding product, capital, scale and regional advantages.
