speech of the Forum. As the first year in China¡¯s 12th Five-year Plan period, in
2011 China chemical fiber industry had gone through turmoil brought by instabilities
of global economy and politics. In the future, will China acrylic fiber industry
continue to expand or shrink? In Mr. Zheng¡¯s speech, he refers to targets for the
industry set by the 12th Five-year Plan, and gives detailed analysis on possible
problems to face the industry in future development.

debt crisis in the west, Qi Jingmei, Researcher of State Information Center, talks
about China economy perspective in 2012 with a view on macro-economic environment
and policies.

After coffee break, Simon Garmston, Managing Director of PCI Acrylonitrile Ltd gives
analysis on supply/demand balance of global acrylonitrile market by looking into
acrylic fiber and other derivatives, based on detailed data and his rich experiences
in this industry.

Huang Youcheng, Section Chief of Sales Center of Jilin Petrochemical, which is among
the largest ACN suppliers in Asia, takes a review in 2011 market while also looks
into 2012. Jilin Petrochemical, with its role as a key supplier in China, has contributed
a lot to balancing market and increasing self-dependence of ACN supply.

It takes a leading edge in R&D of new type and modified fibers.

and analysis on global textile and chemical fiber industry, and advises that industry
